Steven Case, CFP®, AIF®
Steven Case is committed to helping clients through each phase of the retirement journey, from planning to remaining comfortable during their golden years. Steven got his start in the industry in 1988 after graduating from college. Over the past three decades in the business, he has used his passion for creating financial strategies that help clients work toward achieving their ideal retirement.
Steven has passed the Series 7, 63 and 65 securities exams held through LPL Financial and holds Life and Health insurance licenses in Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina and several other states. He has earned certifications as a Certified Financial Planner™ and Professional, Accredited Investment Fiduciary®. Steven has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Cornell University.
In his free time, Steven enjoys skiing, surfing, fishing and spending time with his wife, Sandy, and their five children.
Adam Weiner, CRPC®
Adam brings tremendous perspective to our team having served as a Navy SEAL for 14 years.
Adam Weiner is passionate about helping people. His appreciation for retirement planning grew on the heels of the 2008 market crash, at which time his parents were just beginning their retirement. In 2016, Adam became a Divisional Vice President for American International Group where he served as a retirement consultant to financial advisors throughout Michigan. Excited to work directly with hard working families, Adam joined Michigan Retirement Advisors in 2018.
Adam has his Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy. He has passed the Series 6, 63, and 65 exams all held with LPL Financial and holds life insurance licenses in multiple states to include Michigan, Florida, and Texas. Additionally, he is certified as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys relaxing with his wife and playing the role of Captain America with his three young children.

Charlie grew up in Derbyshire, England. From the moment he turned 18, he traded stocks in his own account. However, the remote countryside of England was not enough for Charlie; He moved to the US in 2013 to study in New York City. From there he landed a job working as an accountant for Amazon’s TV division in LA with Media Services. After some time, he left accounting for the investing world and earned his Series 7 and 66 (currently held with LPL Financial) and moved to Michigan.
Julian Bueno, MBA
LPL Registered Admin. Associate
Julian earned a B.A. from Eastern Michigan University, with a double major in International business and marketing. He then went on to earn an MBA and MSM from Walsh College of Business. In addition, he received his Series 7, 66 (currently held with LPL Financial), variable and insurance licenses. His comprehensive education gives him the ability to think analytically and effectively communicate with clients. Away from the office, he loves spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing, watching football, soccer and exercising.
Bruce brings a broad range of experience to our team. He received his BA in Accounting from Michigan State University. He was on the Audit Staff with Plante Moran, CPAs. He became the Chief Financial Officer of a client, Comp-U-Check, Inc., a public company traded on the NASDAQ Exchange. He began his career in the Financial Services Industry with Merrill Lynch. This led to a position as a wholesaler for J&W Seligman, a 147-year old Wall Street Investment Firm, where he became a Managing Director. He again joined a client, LPL Financial, as a recruiter and recruited over 200 advisors to LPL. This led to his current role with our team, where Bruce leads our Business Succession and Acquisition efforts. He also works with retirees and pre-retirees in an effort to help them reach and maintain their desired income levels in retirement.

In his spare time, Bruce enjoys working out at Lifetime Fitness, dancing to live music, golf, attending NorthRidge Church, and spending time with his four children.
Director of Client Relations
Ashley has worked alongside Steve Case since 2002 overseeing all the administrative functions in the office as Client Services Manager. She directly handles all account transactions, client communications, client billing, accounts payable, payroll and banking. In her spare time Ashley enjoys spin classes at Cyclebar, circus classes at Agora Arts, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
Client Service Associate
Elizabeth joined the MRA family in the Fall of 2019. She’s a Client Service Associate, assisting Adam Weiner with his client relationships and office organization. In her spare time, she will be found on her fleet of motorcycles either tooling the countryside, honing her skills on the track, or tinkering in the garage. Lastly, she has a passion for firearms and has her NRA certification.
Evan Pawloski, AIF®
During his years working with Paychex, Evan helped over 250 Metro Detroit companies design and improve their current 401(k) offering through Paychex TPA and record keeping services. Evan provides objective guidance to retirement plan sponsors and trustees. Partnering with local firms, as well as guiding 401(k) providers, Michigan 401(k) Advisors offers a comprehensive service to assist plan sponsors. Away from the office Evan enjoys coaching youth hockey, volunteering at his local junior golf program and spending time with his wife, Kristen, and their two children, Hunter and Harper.
401(k) Sales Assistant
Andrew is a 2020 graduate of Wayne State University's Mike Ilitch School of Business. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Management degree. Andrew is passionate about business and hockey. He has coached hockey for 5 years and has experience at the youth, high school, and college levels.
